To meet expanding functional requirements for detailed attendee profiling and higher data collection standards, Parallax executed a seamless transition to the native Wix Events engine.
We built and configured the plugin from scratch, setting up custom B2B registration questionnaires, tailored field logic, and automated ticketing workflows that fully align with the specialized requirements of forum managers.
Password-Protected Access & Direct PayPal Checkout
Since the forums run on an exclusive, peer-selected basis, event pages are strictly password-protected. Managers send personalized access links to vetted attendees, allowing them to unlock their private forum portal, complete detailed registration data, and instantly process high-ticket registration fees via integrated PayPal.

We developed a gated architecture where individual forum agendas, speaker details, and venue logistics are strictly password-protected behind custom 'Guest Area' landing pages. Event managers distribute personalized access links and secure passwords directly to verified attendees.
Once authenticated, delegates unlock restricted symposium portals, submit custom registration criteria, and seamlessly complete high-ticket registration fees via direct, encrypted PayPal payment gateways.
